Magic Philosophy

This is a program for the benefit of the athletes, not for parents' or coaches' egos. Our credo is "Athletes First," which means the athletes are the focal point of the program. Their needs and well being are the paramount concern. Coaches are expected to provide a nurturing environment for every player and are expected to teach life lessons as well as basketball.

Sportsmanship

Good sportsmanship is expected from all persons involved in the program — players, coaches, parents and directors. We feel that everyone's personal behavior is a reflection of the program. The ultimate goal is to be respectful of everyone on our teams, those on the opposing teams and the game officials
